The food quality impressed me, especially the local dishes.
We were incredibly disappointed with the lack of shuttle services. To make matters worse, the transfer to Victoria Falls cost $60 return, which is absurd. The hotel should offer at least a couple of complimentary transfers per day to guests. It’s frustrating to pay for everything extra, especially for a place of this caliber.

The stay was clearly a highlight for our family, especially enjoying the spacious Reserve View Suite. We loved seeing the giraffes and lions at dawn right from our balcony, providing a magical experience for the kids. Dining was an absolute treat. breakfast featured delightful local dishes, and dinner was always a memorable feast. The only downside was the transfer situation. private rides to nearby Victoria Falls felt a bit pricey and could have been planned better. Overall, it was a remarkable getaway that combined adventure and comfort wonderfully.

The property is stunning, situated near a conservation reserve where I was lucky to see giraffes and even lions near the waterhole during dawn. My suite felt extravagant with spacious layouts and huge, comfy beds. The antique-inspired decor made everything feel enchanting, like stepping back in time. The staff exceeded my expectations—they were always smiling, quick to respond to our requests, and genuinely helpful. Food quality impressed me, especially the local dishes and the Royal Benedict eggs at breakfast. However, reaching places outside of the resort needs improvement. there’s no shuttle service to explore nearby Victoria Falls freely, and private transfers can be pricey. The room handles being too close to the frame were an issue. I had to be careful not to jam my knuckles. Despite this, it remains an extraordinary spot that I would consider revisiting.

The accommodations were exceptional, featuring a spacious Reserve View Suite with a luxurious bathroom that included a soaking tub. Breakfast was outstanding, presenting an array of high-quality dishes. Dining continued to impress with its excellent offerings, making each meal memorable. The wildlife views from the property, especially the evening sightings of animals coming to the waterhole, were truly a highlight.
The lack of a regular shuttle service was inconvenient.
